What do you normally take for muscle & joint pain? Do you ever feel tense and anxious? Have you experienced cramps - leg or stomach? Felt chronically tired, exhausted & unable to do daily tasks because of it? Has your blood sugar been all over the place lately? Perhaps you have clients who have these issues?
I'd say that for the large majoirty of us, the first choice for pain would be ibuprofen and paracetamol. When we have problem sleeping, we go to the doctor and ask for sleeping pills. During the day, in order to perk ourselves up and be able to function, we drink coffee (with loads of sugar). Sometimes it's Red Bull, or a bottle of Coke...
Some have to use much more powerful (and highly addictive) medicines called opiates (or opiods). Some take valium and stronger medicines in order to be able to relax and sleep. Others resort to alcohol or even drugs.
According to the NHS official website, some of the side effects of ibuprofen include, but are not limited to, vomiting, diarrhoea, indigestion, gastritis, stomach ulcers, raised blood pressure, dizziness & headaches, as well as an increased risk of stroke & heart attack.
Paracetamol can cause an allergic reaction, dizziness and liver damage when taken in larger than recommended doses. Taking tranquilizers and sleeping pills may eventually cause worse problems than they were designed to treat.
Not to mention opiates which are not only highly addictive, but have multiple side effects. Also, after a certain time they stop working, so people have to take more for them to work, which leads to a vicious cycle. Opiates are a common reason for drug addiction. Some people have to live with pain much of their lives, so this can become a big problem.
Why do magnesium salts and far infrared make such a potent combination?
Are there natural alternatives to medical treatments?
Yes, there are many. Some are better than others. Magnesium takes a prime place as being both a powerful relaxant and pain relief mineral. Applied transdermally, magnesium salts get absorbed by the skin in a matter of minutes. Far infrared multiples the benefits. This is where our treatment is hard to beat.

Learn How to Manage Own Pain
This is a great opportunity to learn how to help yourself manage problems such as aches, pain, stress and others which are connected with magnesium deficiency. The treatment can be easily performed on oneself.
Learn How to Boost Magnesium - Fast
The list of problems related to magnesium deficiency is long. Not everyone can absorb magnesium from supplements efficiently. Transdermal magnesium supplementation is one of the fastest ways to replenish magnesium in the body.
Learn to Help Clients
Practising therapists have an opportunity to add a very effective treatment to a list of therapies they already provide. In the UK / Northern Ireland the course amounts to 5 CPD points.
"Imagine yourself being scrubbed and massaged gently but deeply – to ease your aches and pains, then being placed in a warm cocoon for an hour or so. You are deeply relaxed, your mind is so relaxed that you are falling asleep. You are feeling so wonderful that you want it to last and last…"
How will the course benefit you?
The first function is absorption. It allows the skin to absorb various substances, including ions of minerals such as magnesium.
The second function is excretion. It allows the skin to excrete various products of metabolism which the body doesn't need. Toxins are part of excreted matter.
These 2 functions of the skin make the foundation for any transdermal therapy.
Far infrared rays form an invisible spectrum of sun light. Only a small part of it is used therapeutically. The human body doesn't only absorb far infrared rays - it produces them too.
Here are some benefits of Far Infrared:
When we combine the ability of the skin to absorb with stimulating and relaxing properties of far infrared, the process of absorption speeds up. This means that magnesium and other minerals get into the body at a much faster rate.
Using far infrared also promotes elimination of heavy metals and other toxins from the body.
Deep relaxation of the body and mind happens as a result.

All of our courses are connected with minerals.
We are an IICT approved training provider. Our courses have been validated by the International Institute of Complementary Therapists (IICT) and are offered online, offline, or as a combination of both.
By taking this course with us you will start developing a rewarding and lucrative career as a Mineral & Spa Therapist. And if you intend to train in order to help yourself, we hope that you will consider it to be one of the best investments you have made.
In the event that you decide that the course is not suitable for you, we are offering 100% money back guarantee. Please let us know within 14 days of purchase that you would like to cancel it, and we will issue a full refund. Please see our Refunds Policy for more details.
You don't unless you want to treat paying clients and are able to do so. If you live outside of the UK, doing the practical module is optional. IICT recognises our courses and you can apply for a practitioner insurance through them. Even though everything you need to know is covered in the online modules, learning how to do the treatment in practice is of great benefit to everyone, so we recommend that you do it if you can.
You won't need to buy materials and equipment while you are learning the theory part. However, the treatment which you will learn to do requires a far infrared blanket and magnesium oil. You will be provided with appropriate links a bit later.
Like with any treatment, it is not suitable for everyone. If you have any health problems, such as blood pressure issues, heart disease, are pregnant, are treated for cancer or any other health conditions, see your GP for advice.
No, not unless you are a practicing therapist.
Yes, you will. It will be a Certificate of Attendance which will qualify you to treat yourself only (not paying clients). Practitioners will get a Practitioner Certificate (see Gold & Platinum options).
No, case studies are optional for people who train to help themselves. It is up to you if you want to do it. We suggest you practice and record results of at least 2 treatmetns during your training period - just in case you have questions. Case studies are obligatory for students who want to practise on clients and receive a Practitioner Certificate.
