Consultation form organisers – Courses – Pure Nature Cures School of Mineral & Spa Therapies

To help my fellow therapists, I have decided to create this series of consultation forms and appointment form organisers for natural health and beauty therapists. You can use these journals for booking and treating new and existing clients. You can also use them for your case studies.

There are many benefits to keeping all the forms in one place:

It stops you from losing them and then spending time looking for what you need.
It offers continuity and saves time. When you see a client more than once, you only need to look at the form you have filled in previously to remember the details. Of course, they may need a different issue addressed on another visit. However, you have their health history already.
From the point of view of maintaining privacy and compliance with GDPR, you only need to ensure that you keep the book safe, not each individual form.
It projects professionalism creating the right image for you in your clients’ eyes.

Each book contains:

Consultation forms (up to 54 in one book – the number of forms varies depending on how detailed they are)
Appointment pages (normally 6 pages, with 12-13 entries per page)
Pages for observations and notes at the end of the books that don’t fit in a consultation form (normally 6).
